Requirements:
- Basic background in construction ( punch list abilities- drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinetry, flooring)
- Basic knowledge of Florida building codes
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to use a variety of tools including power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs. assisted
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
