Job Description:
Execution of punch list items. Drywall, painting, basic carpentry, basic flooring. Basic knowledge of Florida building code. Visit job sites, coordinate with sub-contractors, order and pick up materials, facilitate delivery of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Basic background in construction ( punch list abilities- drywall, painting, finish carpentry, basic plumbing and basic electrical).
- Effective written and oral communication in English
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Clean driving record and valid driver license
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
