Job Description:
The Production/Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews.  Responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, and staff development.  They are responsible for inspecting the potential project, assessing the damage, taking measurements, readings and photos, compiling the data to decide the projected time frame needed to complete a project using Xactimate software to judge labor needs, materials, costs and time needed to complete mitigation projects. Duties include communicating with the customer, production staff, and job file coordinator to convey scope of work via a written estimate delivered within a pre-determined time frame. They will follow up with the adjustor and homeowner to obtain approvals for projects and work with production staff to deliver any supplementals and invoices needed for the project.  

This is a salaried position that offers a quarterly bonus based on specific measurables.

Responsibilities:
Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction before, during and after remediation. 
Understand full scope of work and accurate and timely invoicing and submittal of any supplemental billing.
Develop scope of work for projects, generate estimates, negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate, and invoice in a timely manner.
Recruit, train and coach production personnel.
Schedule crews, coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
Ensure accuracy of information with Job File Coordinator and review job file to support the services provided.
Maintain communication with customer throughout process on daily basis.
Walkthrough and sign-off of all production jobs ensuring accuracy and compliance with all insurance and corporate requirements.
Manage production expenses in accordance with budgets, including temp labor.
Manage and assist with On-Call schedule including but not limited to first contact and job visit on all After Hours emergency calls within 1 hour.
Maintain safe and organized status of warehouse and its contents.
Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times including safe working status of Production equipment.
Ensure safe operating status of all Production vehicles.
Assist with after-hours calls that may be complex or require a manager to help scope and sign job. 
Other tasks/duties as required 

Qualifications:
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • 5+ year of Production Management experience in the Restoration field required
  • IICRC certifications required
  • Estimating experience required.
  • Proven experience managing multiple production crews to achieve results in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ability and willingness to be On-Call 
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record
  • Ability to complete a background check and drug test subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment; however, the majority of the work day and field management will require constant jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
